My Top Ten 2023 Thrifting Bucket List Items 

Over the past several years, there have been many items I have wanted to find while out in the wild, either while thrifting, shopping local garage and estate sales, or even as a good old fashioned curb alert (see my post on my all time favortite curb alert find here)! Those items along with some items I may have previously found, but also unfortunately have already rehomed and  because of this, I have suffered extreme fits of, what I refer to as "seller's remorse". Evey collector has their own holy grail find and also a list of the items they are always keeping an eye out for and not so much for the item's resell value, but because they desire to add it to their own collection. 

And with that introduction, this week, I want to give you my top ten bucket list thrifting finds for 2023. Continue to read below to see which items made my list rhis year!

A Vintage 1970s Goddess Oil Rain Swag Lamps

I actually had one of these that i found as a curb alert but i sold it without even realizing what I  had!!

Antique Glass Bottles circa the 1800s

If you didn't already know, finding a huge rubbermaid tote full of antique glass bottles just like the ones in the picture is actually what prompted me to start TheVintageVixenShop!

Uranium Glass!!

Uranium glass in any of its forms is still an awesome find for me and learning that some glassware pieces that were made during the Great Depression actually can glow like this has got to be the coolest thing history class has to offer!

Vintage Mid Century Aluminum Christmas Tree

Another awesome curb alert find of mine! I actually just parted with the mid century aluminum Christmas tree I found in the trash this past summer. Read part one of that story here and part two here.

Art Deco Waterfall Furniture

I have been also fortuate enough to find some vintage art deco waterfall furniture similiar to the chest  in the picture, although the furniture I found was in much worse condition!!

Vintage Record Player Cabinet 

Hopefully it will be in perfect working condition and come with an awesome vintage record collection as well whenever I am lucky enough to find one of these!

I'm pretty sure this chair will be found on most people's bucket lists! I mean just look at it!
